Skeans Development & Management, LLC Managing Member (May 2014 - Present) Sherrie provides third party management of Self Storage, Boat & RV properties along with providing commercial real estate brokerage services since the company has formed in 2014. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly Grubb & Ellis Company) Associate Director, Transaction Services (December 2008-May 2014) Focus was providing consulting and transaction services related to office properties for tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers. Was ranked number two of the Top Producers of the San Antonio office in 2011 and was ranked among the market's Top Brokers by CoStar Group in 2011. Most notable accomplishment was the successful completion of an eight year strategic plan to assist Nationwide Insurance to purchase a 30 acre site so they could build a 300,000 square foot regional headquarters. During this time, there was a coordinating effort, through lease negotiations, to align the expiration dates of the multiple site leases for 250,000 square feet, that they occupied in San Antonio, with the completion date of their new facility in Westover Hills. CB Richard Ellis Senior Associate, Brokerage Services (January 2004 - December 2008) Completed 102 lease transactions representing 814,500 square feet and valued at $38.3 million; completed six sales transactions representing 686,000 square feet and valued at $63.1 million. Trammell Crow Company Vice President, Office Properties Division (May 1998 - December 2004) Completed 853,000 square feet of leases valued at $46.48 million along with two building sales and two land sales valuing at $4 million. Majority of the assignments were Landlord and Seller Representation. Grubb & Ellis Company Vice President, Office Group (1993 - 1998) Completed sufficent lease and sales transactions to be included in the Top Five Producers of the local office during each year from 1994 to 1997. Most notable accomplishment was the procurement of the lease to Heart and Vascular Institute of Texas for 30,000 square feet within Greenspoint Office Buildings within sixty days of acquiring the listing. Most notable was in-house preleaseing and leasing Texas Bank North Building from preconstruction to full occupancy.
